Pineapple Mango Sorbet



Very refreshing and a perfect end to a summer barbeque!

1 fresh pineapple
2 mangoes
3/4 c. sugar

Cut up pineapple, add sugar and blend in blender or food processor. Pour into bowl and set aside. Cut and blend mangoes (may need to add a little bit of water) until smooth. Add to pineapple/sugar mixture. Pour into ice cream maker and serve. Can also be made without ice cream maker, just put bowl in fridge and stir every 30 minutes until ice cream consistency.

Also I occasionally serve it like it is pictured above if you are going for a wow! factor.
