Turkey, Avocado, & Bacon Wraps
1 lb. turkey (Thanksgiving leftovers work great!)
2 oz. mayonnaise
8 strips bacon, cooked crisp
1 avocado peeled, sliced in eighths
1 c. shredded jack cheese
4 12" spinach wraps or flour tortillas
1 T olive oil
Brush each tortilla or wrap with olive oil, heat on skillet for 1 minute. Spread 1 T. mayo and 1/4 c. jack cheese on the wrap. Top with 2 slices avocado, 4 oz. turkey, and 2 bacon strips. Roll up, burrito style, then cut in half on the bias. Happy Day-After-Thanksgiving!

Ham & Provolone Sandwiches
A friend made these for a birthday lunch we had. I came home and made them for the fam and all my boys thought they were delicious! Any meal all my boys like is worth passing on.
Make sandwiches using King's Hawaiin Rolls with Ham and Provolone Cheese. Place in a 9x13 pan.
Sauce:
3/4 stick butter
1 T mustard
1 T worcestershire
2 T brown sugar
1 T poppy seeds
Heat sauce and pour over top of sandwiches.
Bake @ 325* for 10 min.
