Turkey, Avocado, & Bacon Wraps
1 lb. turkey (Thanksgiving leftovers work great!)2 oz. mayonnaise8 strips bacon, cooked crisp1 avocado peeled, sliced in eighths1 c. shredded jack cheese4 12" spinach wraps or flour tortillas1 T olive oilBrush each tortilla or wrap with olive oil, heat on skillet for 1 minute. Spread 1 T. mayo and 1/4 c. jack cheese on the wrap. Top with 2 slices avocado, 4 oz. turkey, and 2 bacon strips. Roll up, burrito style, then cut in half on the bias. Happy Day-After-Thanksgiving!
