4 T. margarine
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 onion, diced
3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
6 c. water
1/2 c. flour
2 c. whipping cream
4 c. milk
1 c. Cheez Whiz
4 c. diced chicken
2 chicken bouillion cubes
12 oz. frozen cheese tortellini
Melt the margarine in a large pot, add onion, carrots, and celery and sautee until tender. Add 4 c. water and bring to a boil. Add tortellini and cook about 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Then reduce heat, and add remaining 2 cups of water mixed with 1/2 cup flour, milk, whipping cream, Cheez Whiz, chicken, and 2 chicken bouillion cubes. Simmer on low until heated. Good second day.
