Easiest Fish Tacos
Description:
These fish tacos are fast and delicious! They are just like the ones we had on the Mexican Riviera.
Ingredients:
frozen breaded fish fillets
corn tortillas
coleslaw (bagged from the store)
For the sauce:
mayonnaise
milk
black pepper
Instructions:
Bake frozen fish fillets according to package instructions. Warm corn tortillas in microwave and mix sauce while fish is cooking. Thin mayonnaise with milk and add black pepper to taste. When fish is done, place one fillet on two warmed tortillas. Top with coleslaw and sauce and serve.
