Salmon Tacos with Mango Salsa
This is one of my favorite salmon recipes because I think it tones down the fishy salmon taste a LOT. And it's much simpler than most of the recipes I found!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
12 oz salmon
A container of mango salsa
Chili Powder
Paprika
Lemon Juice
Brush the salmon with some lemon juice, then sprinkle with chili powder and paprika. Either grill or fry the salmon until it is tender and falls apart in the pan. We've used both. I think grilling it tastes slightly better, but it's so much easier to clean a pan! Whichever you choose, shred the salmon, and divide it between the two tortillas. Dress with mango salsa and it's ready to eat!
