we felt like little kids eating dinner last night but healthy!
i count a lot of cheese as healthy.

Terris [my mom] Homemade Mac & Cheese
1 package of elbow noodles cooked
1 8oz block of sharp cheddar cheese [shredded]
[you can also do a mix of your fav cheeses like mild & sharp chedder/even colby]
in an 8x8 dish [sprayed with pam] layer as follows:
elbow noodles [very bottom]
salt/pepper
cheese
i do about 3 layers for an 8x8 pan
then poor in about 1/2 cup of milk
cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
take off the foil and out in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the top is crunchy!
now the chicken nuggets i got off pinterest! SO GOOD! and easy!
