Lemon Pepper Chicken

4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves

1/4 c. all purpose flour

1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted

1 T. lemon juice

Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.  Combine flour, lemon-pepper seasoning, and salt; dredge chicken lightly in flour mixture.  Cook chicken in butter in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes on each side or until golden.  Add lemon juice, and cook 3 additional minutes.  Yield: 4 servings.  This a delicious, fast, main dish.
